Farrah Abraham is apparently gearing up for a lawsuit against the venue whose guards made her eat dirt — but at the same time, her alleged victim is also showing off what she says are licks she claims Farrah inflicted.
The “Teen Mom” star’s attorney, Kia Feyzjou, tells TMZ that she and their team are, at the very least, exploring a civil suit surrounding the events from last weekend … which ended with Farrah arrested for battery. The reason, we’re told, is because Farrah and co. believe she was wrongfully placed under citizen’s arrest in the first place by the lounge’s staff.
“Teen Mom OG” alum Farrah Abraham shared an update after her attorney, Kia Feyzjou, appeared in court for her. Abraham first shared via Instagram stories on May 19 that the Los Angeles District attorney did not bring charges against her.
Farrah Abraham told Fox News Digital in a statement through her attorney on Tuesday that the reality star is planning to sue the staff at the nightclub where she was arrested by security over the weekend calling it an “unlawful arrest.”
A representative for the Los Angeles Police Department previously confirmed to Fox News Digital that Abraham was the subject of a private persons arrest on Saturday night after allegedly slapping a security guard who told her to leave the club following an altercation with another guest.
In a statement from her lawyer to Fox News Digital, Abraham asserts that she was unlawfully placed under a citizen’s arrest and was the victim of excessive physical force by the security at Grandmaster Records in Los Angeles.
