Felony charges dismissed on Jan 27, 2025. Client pleads to misdemeanor disturbing the peace (PC 415(2))

Our client, Daniel, was accused of a felony. Through our negotiation with the prosecution, we were able to add an amended Count 2 to add a violation of PC 415(2) commonly known as disturbing the peace with loud music. Client will not be on felony probation and is very happy.
