Felony DUI Charges Dismissed. Great Bodily Injury Enhancement Dismissed As Well. Plea entered April 3, 2025

Our client, Elijio, was arrested and charged with FELONY DUI Charges, along with Great Bodily Injury Enhancements (PC 12022.7).

In this case, we were successful in reducing the felony charge to a misdemeanor and having the client plead to reduced charges with 60 days of SCRAM (alcohol monitoring) and additional AA meetings. We are very thankful for our wonderful prosecutor and Judge who approved the reduction and resolution of this case. We strive to provide excellent representation with all of our clients.
