Restraining Order Charges Dismissed Against Our Client Chris on 4/15/25

Our client is Chris. He contacted us that he was the subject and receipt of a restraining order and that it was baseless and false. He needed an attorney to represent him. Our office prepared a response to the allegations in writing and we had a trial. In the trial, attorney Kia Feyzjou cross-examined the accuser. At the conclusion of the trial, the Judge dismissed the restraining order against our client, Chris.

What made this case even more special was that the Court granted our motion for attorneys fees so that our client can recover his legal fees that were spent.

Recovery of attorney fees in restraining order cases is rare.
