All Felony Charges Dismissed on October 16, 2025

In July 2025, our client, Jeffrey, was charged with one felony and two misdemeanors: (1) PC 11370.1 – possessing drugs with a loaded firearm; (2) HS 11377 – possession of methamphetamine; and (3) possession of drug paraphernalia. All charges were ultimately dismissed by the prosecutor.
