Felony DUI With Injuries Charges Dismissed on Jan 6, 2026

Our client was charged with CVC 23153(a) and CVC 23153(b) – FELONY DUI with injuries. We were able to get his case reduced to a misdemeanor with NO INJURY CHARGE – CVC 23152(b). Our client is not on felony probation. Most of our clients rather have their cases reduced to a misdemeanor so that they can lead to a peaceful life without the headache of being on felony probation.
