Felony Charges Dismissed for Domestic Violence and False Imprisonment

Our client is Cory. He was charged with two felony counts, one for domestic violence, PC 273.5(a) and the second for PC 236 which is false imprisonment. We were able to get both felonies dismissed and our client only pled to a misdemeanor violation of PC 273.5.
