Client charged with PC 245(a)(1) – Felony assault with a deadly weapon (if you plead to this you lose your driving privileges in California forever). Client is also charged with Felony Domestic Violence.
Where do we start. A huge issue came up for our client, Andres. An incident happened, involving a car. Andres also had various rules of court that were sought after by the prosecutor to try to prohibit him from even getting probation from the case. When you click on the image below, you can see all the 4.421 rules that they requested. We ultimately had all the felony charges dismissed, including the charge that would have permanently revoked our client’s driver’s license. We were able to resolve the case for a misdemeanor count of domestic violence.
