All Dui Charges Dismissed on March 13, 2025

Our client, Erick, was arrested for a DUI. We reviewed the police report in its entirety and decided that we would set the matter for trial. After careful consideration, the wonderful prosecutor who was assigned the case to review the facts agreed with our assessment and chose to dismiss all the charges against our client. Our client’s DUI charges were dismissed and the client was relieved from having been arrested for this offense.
