Domestic Violence Charges Dismissed on Jan 14, 2025. Client pleads to an infraction charge of Disturbing the Peace (Loud Music)

Our client Ricardo was one of our fortunate clients who was able to get his misdemeanor charge of Penal Code 243(e)(1) dismissed. Instead, he pled to an infraction charge of disturbing the peace. He was NOT PLACED on probation.
