DUI charges dismissed. Client pleads to Wet Reckless

Our client, Austin, was arrested for driving under the influence, CVC 23152a and CVC 23152b. Through our negotiation, we were able to reduce his offense to a “wet reckless” – A violation of CVC 23103/23013.5.

He was placed on 1 year of summary probation only.
