Felony Child Abuse Charges Dismissed. Client Pleads to a Misdemeanor with 100 Hours Community Service

Our client was facing two felony charges of child abuse. Through successful discussion with the Judge in our case, we were able to reduce the offenses to misdemeanors and the client was required to perform 100 hours of community service at a non-profit agency. Indeed, there are times when clients can show significant progress to avoid the imposition of felony charges.
