Felony Drug Charges Dismissed. Case Reduced to a Misdemeanor with Diversion Terms

Our client was facing felony drug charges. Through successful negotiation, we were able to request that the prosecutor amend the complaint to add a Count 4, simple possession of Meth and have the client admitted into the judicial diversion program. The terms included remaining out of trouble for 30 days at which time the entire case will be dismissed.
