Misdemeanor Hit and Run Charges Dismissed on August 6, 2024

Our client, Leslie, was charged with misdemeanor hit and run charges in violation of California Vehicle Code 20002(a). On August 6, 2024, all charges against our client were dismissed after successful negotiation with the prosecutor.
