Temporary Restraining Order Dismissed After Trial on 9/2/25

Our client, Mark, was facing a restraining order at the hands of his former partner, Patricia. The “TRO” was filed with an attempt by the former partner to preclude our client from visiting his son. After trial and the cross-examination of the opposing party and witness, the court dismissed the TRO filed against our client.
