Violation of Probation Case Resolved On June 24, 2025
Our client Michael had a violation of probation for failing to do his work release. Instead of waiting to deal with an angry prosecutor and Judge who would be infuriated for our client’s failure to complete his work release, we requested that he voluntarily start house arrest and that we would seek to get him credit. Indeed, that is what we did. In fact, we took it a step further and requested that the prosecutor withdraw the violation of probation memorandum that was filed with the court. In other words, our client was able to successfully finish probation without admitting a violation of probation which would have precluded him from expunging his case one day with ease.
